The series is published by the International Institute for Scientific Research in cooperation with Amrit Publishers. The series contains contributions of authors that write from a decolonial perspective. IISR provides the general editors for the series: Sandew Hira, Stephen Small. Sandew and Arzu Merali Hira is an independent scholar and director of IISR. Stephen Small is Associate Professor of African American Studies at the University of California, Berkeley.
